Returns are easy! Customers receive a full refund when they send back unopened products within 30 days of receiving them. If products have been opened, customers will receive store credit when they send back the opened products within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product and that we do not issue refunds or store credit past 30 days.

Diet and lifestyle can affect your chances for improvement while taking an ironology, Be sure to commit to and carefully follow the recommendations of your ironology regimen included with each order.

If you are taking your ironology product consistently and following your ironology regimen closely, you may begin to see improvement in your symptoms after 90 days, perhaps even sooner. The amount of time you will need to continue your regimen will depend on your iron levels and your doctor's recommendations. We suggest iron panel testing every 6 to 12 months or more often if you began with a severe deficiency or overload. Less frequent dosing can be used for maintaining good iron levels once they are achieved, but again, routine testing is recommended because iron disorders are often chronic and will return.
